Peter, Täna, and Kiersten are a family team of real estate brokers working in beautiful Bend, Oregon. Licensed in 1996, 1998, and 2021 respectively, the Hatton Home Team specializes in residential, investment, and land purchases and sales. Peter

Peter Hatton moved to Bend with his parents in 1969. Peter attended local schools including both Bend and Mtn. View High Schools and was part of the first graduating class at Mountain View High School. He went on to earn his Associates degree in Business Administration from Central Oregon Community College, then transferred to the University of Oregon. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Geography in 1984.

Peter worked at U.S. Bank for eleven years in Customer Service and Management. After stepping briefly into the world of lending, he decided to listen to his “better half” and make the transition to real estate, a field he was always interested in. Peter has continued his education and has also taught numerous banking and financial courses for both the American Institute of Banking (A.I.B.) and for Consumer Credit Counseling Service (C.C.C.S.). He has earned his ABR, (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), GRI, (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist), the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification and Principal Broker designations.

A long time runner, Peter is on the board of Central Oregon Running Klub, has coached at various levels and most recently enjoyed coaching the Sky View Middle School Cross Country and Track teams. He unwinds by running, hiking, and an occasional game of tennis or pickleball.

Täna

Täna Hatton grew up in Washington and Oregon, graduating from Sheldon High School in Eugene, Täna was awarded a unique scholarship through U.S. Bank on the Work/College program. Täna attended both the University of Oregon & Portland State University, obtaining her Bachelors degree in Business, and worked eleven years with US Bank in both Customer Service and Commercial Lending. Täna obtained her real estate license in 1998, initially to assist Peter, and greatly enjoys working with clients to achieve their real estate goals. Täna has also earned the CRS and (SFR) Resource Certifications, as well as the Seller Representative Specialist.

Täna volunteers with Family Kitchen regularly, helping prepare meals for anyone in need. Relaxing includes participating in a women’s bible study group, walking, reading, hiking and camping (preferably with flush toilets & showers!)

Kiersten

Kiersten (Hatton) Reece was born and raised in Bend, Oregon, and has enjoyed being around real estate her entire life as Peter and Täna’s daughter. She graduated from Mtn. View High School, and then went on to get her Associates from Central Oregon Community College and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from OSU-Cascades. After four years as a marketing professional, and six years total in the hospitality industry in Central Oregon, she eagerly took the leap to join her parents at Stellar Realty NW. Kiersten has proudly earned her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation.

Kiersten enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and rescue pup, Theo, and getting out and enjoying the many outdoor activities in Central Oregon. Kiersten is passionate about the beauty and opportunity that her hometown offers and enjoys helping people make their homeownership dreams a reality.
